We have compared the size of the most common eBook readers with the Apple iPad. The huge Amazon Kindle DX is a giant in comparison with the B&N Nook and with the standard Kindle. The Apple iPad is a bit smaller but still quite big as a pocketable eBook reader.

Just announced by Steve Jobs. A new eBook store created for the new device.
With the new eBook store you can:
- buy eBooks easily
- flip the page
- change the size
- drag the page manually
- skip directly to chapters
- enjoy full color photos, of course
- using ePub (open format)
- (it’s not clear if you can import your own eBooks on the device)
